The Fiore Companies has a long history of forward-thinking business activity. Among other entrepreneurial initiatives, the Companies built and operated the first “supermarkets” in Madison in the late 1920’s.

In 1984, Fiore was at the forefront of mixed-use infill development in Madison when it created Lakepoint Commons, which combines street level retail with upper story townhouse style apartments on an urban infill site on Madison’s Near West Side.

Fiore has continued to build on our heritage, and we are proud of the many projects we’ve been involved in over the years.
