VILAS CRANBERRY LLC

In October 2005, Fiore Companies invested in this 380-acre property in Manitowish Waters, Vilas County, Wisconsin. Approximately 183 acres are devoted to cranberry cultivation, with the remaining acreage consisting of upland fields, commercial timberland and a small area of wetland.

The last three-year production average is 204 barrels/acre. The property is self-sufficient and has extensive fruit cleaning and binning equipment providing the ability to go freezer direct.

The marsh currently employs five full-time people. There are extensive facilities on the property, and a retail cranberry gift shop - Cranberry Square.
