Fiore joins other investors in a joint venture ownership of this Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin distribution center. The Kohlman Road project consists of 75 acres of land with excellent to local, state and national markets via major highways and rail service.
Building improvements include three buildings totally 819,618 of warehouse and office space. Of the warehouse space, one-quarter is made up of freezer or cooled space for the food distribution industry.
One site of approximately 15 acres remains undeveloped. The parcel could accommodate up to 80,000 SF of additional warehouse/distribution space.
