The Evensong community is a 38 acre Plan Unit Development that is comprised of:
- 14,500 sq ft spa
- 20 spa suites
- 15,000 sq ft retail/commercial
- 92 condominium units
- 10 acres of wetland conservancy
Fiore has obtained all entitlements, constructed the luxurious Evensong Spa, and completed the land improvements.
Evensong Spa is the centerpiece of the development. Focused on holistic body care and relaxation, the building is open and inviting, while at the same time offering seclusion and retreat. Thirty-five adjacent parking stalls are provided for clients. Overflow parking and employee parking is provided across the street. Relaxation areas provide broad views of Tuscumbia Golf Course and the adjacent woods.
The Evensong Spa Suites will be a companion component to the spa – providing accommodations for short-term guests while they visit the spa. Parking will be provided in the adjacent surface lot for 20 vehicles.
The Shops at Evensong will provide goods and services that are complementary to the spa and the surrounding community. Approvals have been received for 15,000 square feet of retail in two buildings. In addition, a 2,000 square foot “service” (storage) building and surface parking for 120 vehicles have been approved.
More premier spas are beginning to include residential properties built around healthy-living activities and amenities like hiking/biking trails, workout rooms, fitness classes, healthy cuisine, spa treatments, and health education. These “spa communities” are providing aging baby boomers with a healthy lifestyle alternative, centered around spa-going. The proposed spa community in Green Lake will be developed with an emphasis on ecological conservation themes, and the site will be further improved with a variety of walking paths, park benches and other similar amenities that would allow the community to fully access and enjoy the beauty of the site, particularly the conservation area.
The Evensong community represents an opportunity for an upscale lifestyle within a safe and friendly “small town” atmosphere. It is located adjacent to the Heidel House Resort, which has been named “Best Wisconsin Resort” by Wisconsin Trails Magazine readers, and is well known for its breathtaking sunsets and elegant atmosphere.
