Deanna Shank, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Deanna Shank is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of our corporate office, hotels and third party management companies.  She directs the cash management functions and is involved in creating and maintaining banking relations.  In addition to guiding the corporate accounting staff, Deanna oversees the companies’ human resources activities, including all benefit selection and administration.  She is also actively involved in the oversight of our hotel operations and plays an integral role in corporate oversight and strategic planning.

A Certified Public Accountant, Deanna is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management. She is a member of the honor society Beta Gamma Sigma and currently serves on the board of the Madison Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
