Phillip Maier

Vice President - Facilities

With Fiore Companies since 1988, Phillip Maier has over 20 years experience in a managerial capacity. His major responsibilities include oversight of new construction, tenant build outs and due diligence reporting on building acquisitions. He ensures the efficiency and maintenance of physical assets in excess of $125 million, including office, residential, industrial, retail and hospitality properties. These activities include supervision of maintenance staff and contract services, capital budget preparation and implementation, coordination of engineering services and construction supervision.

Phillip has completed professional coursework in business management and facility engineering at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Madison Area Technical College and the United States Air Force. He is a member of International Facilities Managers Association and a member in good standing of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He has served on facilities oversight committees for Edgewood High School, St. Vincent De Paul and parishes in the Madison Catholic Diocese. He previously taught construction and maintenance courses at MATC.  Phillip serves on the board of the Oregon Area Historical Society and Genesis Housing Inc., a non-profit providing low-cost rental housing for the elderly.
