David Kruger, JD
Chairman/CEO/Principal
David Kruger develops corporate policies and objectives regarding the Companies’ diversified portfolio of real estate, equity and venture capital investments. He is responsible for coordinating and directing all phases of the business, including real estate investment, management, and corporate affairs. David draws upon over 30 years of extensive experience implementing complex business arrangements and investments. He has directed the acquisition, development and successful operation of most new projects and investments owned and operated by the Companies.
A licensed attorney and real estate broker, David received a B.B.A. degree in finance and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Prior to joining the Fiore Companies in 1984, he was a partner with the Madison, Wisconsin law firm of DeWitt, Ross & Stevens, S.C., where he specialized in real estate, tax and corporate law.
