Lee Ferderer, JD

Chief Executive Officer

Lee Ferderer serves as Corporate Counsel for the Companies and directs the transactional side of the real estate portfolio which includes acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Lee has acquired over $75 million of real estate assets for the companies and has negotiated nearly every lease in the portfolio since 2000. He is also an active participant in the Companies’ real estate development projects and a member of the senior management team responsible for the strategic direction of the Companies.

Lee joined the Fiore Companies in 1998.  Previously, Lee served as Manager of Development for WISPARK Corporation where he assisted in the development of over 320,000 square feet of space including warehouse, manufacturing, and office facilities.

Lee earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He also has an undergraduate degree in Business and an M.B.A. in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lee is a member of the Wisconsin Bar and is a licensed broker in the State of Wisconsin.
