William J. Kunkler, CPA

Bill Kunkler has been with the Fiore Companies since 1986 and he has played a significant role in the growth and development of the Companies over this period.

His responsibilities include strategic planning, financing, business development and public relations. He has also managed the efforts for many successful development projects of the Companies, including Knickerbocker Place, Network222 and Evensong Spa.

A Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate broker, Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He also received the prestigious Elijah Watts Sells “Certificate with High Distinction” from the AICPA in recognition of his outstanding performance on the CPA exam (attaining one of the top 50 scores in the nation).
