The property has excellent access to local, state, national and international markets via major highways and rail service. It includes three buildings, one of which is 100% climate controlled with freezer and refrigeration, for a total of over 800,000 square feet.

The property is currently leased to Ozburn Hessey Logistics, LLC, who operated modern distribution facilities nationwide.
