The site enjoys convenient access to both I-70 and I-270. The building is located on 12.8 acres in a mixed-used office/warehouse development adjacent to The Columbus Dispatch printing facility. Other major tenants in the park include Xerox and Commercial Movers.

Built in 1999 and expanded in 2005, this one-story, 200,000 square foot office/warehouse with six loading docks is constructed with concrete panels, steel and glass. The site contains 486 parking stalls.
