It is located on 12.3 acres in North Towne Corporate Park, approximately six miles north of Madison, Wisconsin, at the I-90/94 and Hwy. 51 interchange.
The building is leased through 2025 by Walgreen’s as a distribution facility.

North Towne Corporate Park is a corporate office, manufacturing and distribution center serving the Upper Midwest market area. The park is accessible by truck within a five-hour drive to the major Midwest markets such as Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago and Green Bay.

In addition, the park has rail service with five spurs currently in operation, and is close to the Dane County Regional Airport.
